The New CareSync

The New CareSync is a probabilistic Markov Decision Process-based fatigue simulation framework that integrates standardized fatigue assessment with therapy outcome forecasting for elderly care. Unlike the previous CareSync, it takes in the elder's fatigue level and predicts future fatigue levels under different therapy intensities. This allows caregivers and elders to make the best therapy schedule based on the daily fatigue level. It offers a personalized and interpretable approach to therapy planning in elderly care settings.
